Academic Quality Management System


Inventure Academy has established an Academic Quality Management System [AQMS] - a scientifically aligned Teaching-Learning and Resource Management System that optimizes effort and minimizes wastage in a school system, while promising greater efficiency in teaching and better learning.

The management draws up a broad based policy from which emanate Quality Objectives set for each year, and forms the basis on which the AQMS functions. The school administration and teaching faculty make the achievement of the Quality Objectives their target for a given academic year. 

The founding team at Inventure has designed processes, created guidelines for implementation and documentation, all of which are integral to the Academic Quality System and in turn facilitates the achievement of the Quality objectives.  The school’s quality control team conducts an audit at the end of every academic year which verifies the achievement of the objectives and helps to push future targets both in depth and scope.

The system encompasses checks and balances in every conceivable area of a school’s function including admissions, organizational planning, academics, communications, infrastructure and human resource management, student welfare and routine task implementation.

The functions of the AQMS have been further enhanced with the recent inclusion of a school wide management system – a tool that has greatly improved the communication between various members of the Inventure community.

The AQMS helps keep Inventure Academy on the path of continuous improvement, in line with our promise to foster dynamism in order to cope with the ever changing needs of the world around us.
