The School Fee is payable for the academic period June to March. It is an annual fee which is split into two installments for the convenience of parents.

Education Fee: This fee pertains to all academic activities for the whole year, including the one to two weeks of our foundation program, 'Inventuring'. This does not include any external, board examination fees.

Activity Fee: This fee includes all expenses relating to exposure to various co-curricular activities including pods, field trips, workshops, guest lectures, sports and cultural electives offered on campus and within Bangalore as a part of the curriculum. This also covers transport expenses for inter-school events and field trips within Bangalore ( whenever it is feasible to use our school buses.)

Student Information System Fee: (
This is an approximate figure - we are in the process of evaluating a decision on an appropriate SIS . This will help us impart learning to your child more effectively and provide you with relevant information on your child .)
- Laboratory Fee: For students of grades 7, 8 & 9 - includes science, computer, and math, labs.
- Learning Lab Fee: An additional annual fee only for students who need specialized support and remedial care at the Learning Lab with the Special Educator
- Transport Fee: Bus fees include picking up and dropping off students at designated locations. This is optional, and not a door to door service.
- Meal Plan Fee: Breakfast, mid- morning health drink, lunch, and evening snack with juice will be provided everyday for students. This is optional.

- All fee are payable in INR Only.
- Fee payments made by credit card should include a 2% surcharge.

LATE PAYMENT FEE:
In the event of late payment of fee,
- Rs.100/- per day will be charged on fees paid after the due date
- Students, whose fees remain unpaid, in full or in part, will not be allowed to sit for internal or external examinations, and until the outstanding fee is received no internal examination results, reports/progress cards, Transfer Certificates or recommendations to future schools/colleges will be issued to the students or parent.
- If the fee is not paid even after 3 weekly reminders, the child will not be allowed to attend school and all dues shall be recovered from the security deposit.

REFUND / WITHDRAWALS: Once a child has been granted admission and fees paid, no refunds will be entertained. Fee paid are payable annually and cannot be refunded if students leave mid-year, without an appropriate notice period.
- Parents who wish to withdraw their children from the school should give at least one semester written notice to be eligible for refund of the Security Deposit.
Term 1: June to October - inform by 31st January &
Term 2: November to March - inform by 30th June
- In case of withdrawal, all fees are due for the semester falling in the notice period.
- In the case of withdrawal without notice, the outstanding fees shall be adjusted from the security deposit of the student (and the balance if any, refunded
- Prospectus/Registration and Admission fees are Non-Refundable.
- Transfer certificates and student progress reports are issued once all dues are cleared, school property (including books and equipment) are returned, and a “No Dues Certificate” is issued.
- Security Deposit:
- The deposit is non-interest bearing and is refundable upon the student leaving the school subject to all annual fees being paid, and less any damages to property, etc..
- Any unpaid dues of the student shall be recovered / adjusted from his/her security deposit.
- The Security deposit shall be refunded within 30 days of the student’s leaving after adjusting unpaid dues, if any.
- Bank Charges:
- All Bank Charges pertaining to inward remittance of school fee, if any, shall be debited to student’s account.
- In the event of cheque /draft return, a sum of Rs.500/- besides the bank charges shall be debited to the student's account.
