At Inventure Academy, our approach to education combines experiential learning with a culture that encourages the realization of the child's full potential. We have a tradition of excellence in academics and attract the brightest students. In 2009-2010 , 100% of our students achieved distinction or merit in IGCSE, 100 % of students achieved 1st class in ICSE. We scored 40% above the national average as a school in the ASSET tests. Our children also received the Titan Genius Kidz Dr A P J Abdul kalam Award for best Overall Performance.

Once your resume and letter has been processed and accepted, the procedure for selection for faculty is as follows:

• 3 rounds of interviews: with the Section Head, Head of School & Head of Department
• Class demo: feedback from faculty & students
• When hiring a significant number of faculty at the same time we facilitate an outbound trip
• We also determine selection based on performance / attitude demonstrated during a two week induction training period prior to the school opening
