Core Purposes & Values

Core Purpose
At Inventure Academy we aim to instil in students the ability and conviction to realise their full potential and excel
anywhere in the world.

Core Values
Nurturing Individuality

We believe that each child is unique and has infinite potential. We provide multiple opportunities for students to
discover and demonstrate their competence and develop distinctive identities.

Providing Maximum Exposure
We offer students and teachers a width of exposure and a culture that inspires creativity. Through this, we endeavour
to prepare them for the opportunities and challenges of a globally connected world.

Inculcating a Passion for Excellence
We aim for the highest standards across all areas of growth and development of the learning community.

Instilling Integrity
We cultivate a sense of fair play, accountability and transparency in everything we do.

Encouraging Sensitivity
We respond to and encourage sensitivity to each other’s cultures, individual needs and differences. We especially
foster awareness and respect for the environment.

Fostering Dynamism
We are an evolving institution that constantly assesses and refines our systems and processes.
Core Values In Action
Our Commitment to Quality
Inventure Academy is committed to being a Quality School. The entire teaching and learning system is systematically
planned and linked together by an Academic Quality Management system that is based on the principles of Total Quality
Management. The objective of which is to ensure that we deliver on our Core Purpose and Core Values. In order to do
this we have quantified each Core Value into a measurable target. Please refer to the Quality Objective for 2008-09
