| The faculty at Inventure Academy embody our Core Values, and breathes life into our Core Purpose. Individually, they are dynamic, creative, inspiring and compassionate; collectively, their strength of focus breeds an environment that is nurturing, yet disciplined, progressive, yet grounded. The teachers at Inventure Academy are accessible to parents through scheduled one-to-one meetings, and other forms of communication such as the Web-based school management system, Parent Teacher Meetings, email, satisfaction surveys and quality audits. | |
| Chosen for their creative and effective teaching skills, our teachers from kindergarten through to high school have access to excellent facilities /resources, customised teaching aids, and multimedia options in learning areas, including the science, computer and math labs. This helps them to accurately interpret and transact our dynamic teaching- learning model. We insist on a minimum ten days of formal training annually for every teacher. This is in addition to the two week orientation/induction training at the beginning of the academic year, followed by mentoring over the course of the first year, for all new teachers.
