| Applicable to ALL students The School Fee is payable for the academic period June to March. It is an annual fee which is split into two installments for the convenience of parents.  | ||||||||||||

Where Applicable: Laboratory Fee: For students of grades 7, 8 & 9 - includes science, computer, and math labs. Learning Lab Fee: An additional annual fee only for students who need specialized support and remedial care at the Learning Lab with the Special Educator. ESL Fee (English as a Second Language): An additional fee for non-native speakers of English who need intensive coaching. Foreign Language Fee: Any languages beyond Hindi, Sanskrit, Kannada and French, if offered, will be at additional cost. Other Costs: Transport Fee: Bus fees include picking up and dropping off students at designated locations. This is optional, and not a door to door service. Meal Plan Fee: Breakfast, mid- morning health drink, lunch, and evening snack with juice will be provided everyday for students. This is optional. Books, Stationery and Educational Supplies: includes text books, note books, handouts, online /web enabled learning resources, worksheets & writing and art supplies.
1. Fee are accepted By Demand Draft/ Cheque / Bank Transfer favoring India Learning Foundation A/c Inventure Academy payable at Bangalore Bank Details – ICICI Bank Ltd, Bangalore Branch. A/c No. 000201061460 2. All fee are payable in INR Only. 3. Fee payments made by credit card should include a 2% surcharge. Students not on campus for the first or the last day of school without explicit written permission from the school will be penalized Rs1,000 per day. Late Payment Fee: In the event of late payment of fee: 1. Rs.100/- per day will be charged on fees paid after the due date 2. Students, whose fees remain unpaid, in full or in part, will not be allowed to sit for internal or external examinations, and, until the outstanding fee is received no internal examination results, reports/progress cards, Transfer Certificates or recommendations to future schools/colleges will be issued to the students or parent. 3. If the fee is not paid even after 3 weekly reminders, the child will not be allowed to attend school and all dues shall be recovered from the security deposit. Refund / Withdrawls: Once a child has been granted admission and fees paid, no refunds will be entertained. Fee paid are payable annually and cannot be refunded if students leave mid-year, without an appropriate notice period. 1. Parents who wish to withdraw their children from the school should give at least one semester written notice to be eligible for refund of the Security Deposit. Term 1: June to October - inform by 31st January & Term 2: November to March - inform by 30th June 2. In case of withdrawal, with due notice as stated above, all fees are due for the semester falling in the notice period. 3. In the case of withdrawal without the stipulated notice period, the outstanding fees shall be adjusted from the security deposit of the student (and the balance if any, refunded). 4. Prospectus/Registration and Admission fees are Non-Refundable. 5. Transfer certificates and student progress reports are issued once all dues are cleared, school property (including books and equipment) are returned, and a “No Dues Certificate” is issued. Security Deposit: 1. The deposit is non-interest bearing and is refundable upon the student leaving the school subject to the student having given the School due notice as stated above and subject to all annual fees being paid, and less any damages to property, etc.. 2. Any unpaid dues of the student shall be recovered / adjusted from his/her security deposit. 3. The Security deposit shall be refunded within 30 days of the student’s leaving after adjusting unpaid dues, if any. Bank Charges: 1. All Bank Charges pertaining to inward remittance of school fee, if any, shall be debited to student’s account. 2. In the event of cheque /draft return, a sum of Rs.500/- besides the bank charges shall be debited to the student's account and the late fee will be charged accordingly. Disclaimer: Inventure Academy follows a specific process and policy, necessary for effective budgeting and functioning of the School. The School reserves the right to amend its policies and fee structure whenever considered necessary & appropriate. The school makes these policies available to parents through notices, in the school diary, through the school website. It is the Parent/Guardians responsibility to ensure that they are informed and aware of basic school policies. Inventure Academy grants scholarships to meritorious students every year. Scholarships are awarded, at the discretion of the management, to meritorious students who have excelled in some way - by representing the state or country in a co-curricular activity, or winning a national-level competition; but who cannot meet the entire expense of education at Inventure Academy.
