Nooraine Fazal has a Masters of Science in Management degree from Boston University. Nooraine worked with Reuters for a period of over 9 years in a front-line and managerial capacity. Post a period of introspection about the future, Nooraine returned to India in order to be a 'citizen with a say' in the way the country is developing. The result is an educational institute that incorporates much of what Nooraine believes education must be about, and promises robust, life-long development of the individual. Read more.
Principal: Pritam L Benjamin
Pritam L Benjamin has been an educator for 35 years. She brings to Inventure Academy her belief that education is not just about acquiring facts, ready-made ideas and the skill of answering questions, but also about learning to observe, to feel, to imagine, to understand, to believe and then make choices. She believes that learning and teaching must include the formation of attitudes, in addition to knowledge and skills. Read more.

Shaheen Shafi is the architect of the kindergarten and primary school curriculum at Inventure. She has had 15 years experience in teaching, teacher training, teacher enablement, faculty recruitment, curriculum development and program design. Read more.
Client Relations Manager: Preet Benjamin Aarons
PPreet Benjamin Aarons is also responsible for admissions and coordinates our outreach programme, including student internships. She has over 15 years of experience in schools and with students. She started with career counseling school students, and then moved on to the Times of India's Newspaper in Education (NIE) program. Before joining Inventure Academy, she worked for five years in the field of diagnostic educational testing, promoting the International Assessments for Schools from the Educational Testing Center, UNSW Australia, and the ASSET test.

Academic Quality Management Systems (AQMS) Facilitator: Sharmila Italia taught Geography in college. After this she worked with one of India's leading market research companies for twelve years, where she headed their qualitative research division.
