Preet Benjamin Aarons B.Com., B.A.
Preet Benjamin Aarons is also responsible for admissions and coordinates our outreach programme, including student internships. She has over 18 years of experience in schools with career counselling school students, with the Times of India's Newspaper in Education (NIE) programme. She has worked for five years in the field of diagnostic educational testing, promoting the International Assessments for Schools from the Educational Testing Centre, UNSW Australia, and the ASSET test.

Jagrithi Prabhukiran M.A., CIDTT
Jagrithi Prabhukiran, a state scholarship holder in college, was a rank student right through her academic career, in her graduate and post graduate study of Literature. Her teaching and training career spans over 27 years and she is presently Guest Faculty and External Examiner for colleges in Bangalore.  She is currently working on completing her PhD on The Marginalized Voice in the New English Novel.

Varsha Saxena M.B.A.
Varsha Saxena has over 14 years experience in finance & administration. Varsha’s area of responsibility at Inventure Academy is wide, ranging across HR, finance & accounting, taxation, administrative, legal and procurement functions of the School.

Shaheen Shafi M.A. UGC (Net)
Shaheen Shafi is the architect of the kindergarten and primary school curriculum and the Inventuring Foundation Program at Inventure Academy. She has had 15 years experience in teaching, teacher training, teacher enablement, faculty recruitment, curriculum development and programme design.

Nooraine Fazal, Preet Benjamin Aarons, Shaheen Shafi, and Varsha Saxena are the founding members of the Management Team.  T Sriram and Jaishri have been involved with Inventure Academy since its inception.Their active and critical involvement on all fronts epitomises their commitment to the Inventure Learning Community.
