IETS is dedicated to enhancing the quality and delivery of education. Inventure Academy had initially developed the school's positioning and curriculum in partnership with IETS. The curriculum has been developed significantly since then by the Inventure Academy faculty, headed by Shaheen Shafi and Mrs Benjamin.

The Teacher Foundation (TTF), managed by the Shraddha Trust, is committed to supporting educators (principals, administrators and teachers) in the area of holistic school development. Its team provides valuable teaching inputs through training, design and production of learning aids and classroom resources. TTF had guided Inventure Academy's initial faculty selection process.

(www.idiscoveri.com) Founded by alumni of Harvard University, INSEAD and XLRI, iDiscoveri is a learning, teaching and research organization that works at making learning more experiential and meaningful. It develops and disseminates a curriculum that focuses on experience and self-discovery, and guides people towards realizing their potential. It is dedicated to filling gaps in education in economically emerging societies, notably India.

Special educator for children with learning disabilities. Consultant counselor, Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School, S.O.S. International, Chennai and Karna Prayag Trust Adoption Centre. She possesses a Ph. D. in Psychology from Madras University, India. Dr Jaishri helped Inventure Academy establish the Learning Lab and special education program.

Over 20 years experience in teaching, educational management, teacher education and pedagogy, and as principal. Consultant to several educational institutions. Particular expertise in quality consulting and technology-based learning. Dr. Vasudev has worked with the Inventure Academy team to establish an Academic Quality Management System (AQMS). She also helped structure the school's environment and working patterns in line with the principles of Total Quality Management.
