Q1. What is the first step to registering for Arrowsmith program?
Please take the online Arrowsmith parent questionnaire. This will give you insight regarding the cognitive areas in which your child will benefit after enrolling in the AS program.
Q2. When do parents have to pay the Arrowsmith assessment fee?
The AS assessment fee needs to be paid only in July 2019. However, prior to that parents need to enrol their children for the AS program by paying for the AS Trial program fee and the Learning Lab fee.
Q3. Do the parents need to pay the Learning Lab fees?
Q4. Does the Learning Lab fee need to be paid for two terms?
Yes, the LL fee has to be paid for both the terms.
Q5. Is the Arrowsmith fee mentioned in the document shared with parents for one term or one academic year?
The AS fee mentioned in the document shared with the parents is for one academic year.
Q6. How do parents know what program to enrol for - Trial, Part-time or Full-time?
All parents have to sign up for AS by paying the fee for the trial program. In case the AS assessment report suggests that a part-time or full time program will ensure optimal results, the parents can pay the remaining fee component.
Q7. Do the parents have a choice regarding the program that they want to sign-up for - Trial, Part-time, Full time?
The parent definitely can take a call regarding what program they would like to sign-up for, based on the AS assessment report. It is advisable to follow the recommendations given by Arrowsmith for the best results.

The questionnaire and assessment report will be shared with Ms. Tara Bonner from Arrowsmith. The school will get back to you with her feedback and recommendations as soon as possible.
Q9. Do we have to take the AS questionnaire and assessment if we want to enrol only for the enrichment program?
The AS questionnaire is not mandatory. It enables the parents to get an overview of the cognitive areas that will benefit from the enrichment program. However, the AS assessment is a necessary precursor to start the AS program.

Arrowsmith Assessment: INR 1,40,000
Full time program: INR 99, 800 (LL) + INR 3,00,000 (AS)

● Includes year-end assessment
Part time program: INR 99, 800 (LL) + INR 1,60,000 (AS)
● 2 cognitive periods a day
Trial program: INR 99, 800 (LL) + INR 80,000 (AS)

Q11. Is there clarity regarding Senior school AS program regarding how many sessions will be given for students for a part-time program and what classes can they miss for it without impacting their academics?

Q12. Where will the AS centre operate from?
The AS centre will operate from the Learning Lab to begin with since our kids require both cognitive work as well as remedial support. Over time the nature of remedial support may evolve from what we offer today, but we aren’t sure of how that would evolve.
