Divya Balagopal

Divya specializes in education law, dispute resolution and regulatory policy development practices, with a strong focus on social entrepreneurship and innovation. She started her career as a junior with advocate Indu Malhotra (currently a judge of the Supreme Court of India). After working for brief periods in Geneva and Boston, she returned to India where she co-founded and was senior partner of Mundkur Law Partners (MLP). MLP merged its law practice with Bharucha & Partners (B&P) in 2019.
Besides her international experience, she serves on various education, women and child protection advisory committees in India, and also advises state governments on child protection policies, child rights, education law and policy. Divya is also empanelled as a commercial arbitrator by the Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation. In addition to policy formulation, her education law practice provides end-to-end legal services to schools, colleges, professional training institutes, education-related businesses and public-private partnership initiatives in the education space.
Vihari Komaragiri

Vihari, Co-Founder and Partner at DoNew, is an expert at achieving organizational goals by taking a user-centric approach to product & process design and deployment. Vihari has over 22 years of industry experience in functions spread across business strategy, organizational development, product management, user experience design and engineering. He now works with small to medium-sized tech startups and educational institutions to fulfill their goals by helping design and deploy products, workflows, processes, measurement frameworks.
Before this, he has been product manager at Google for eight+ years in India and the US, a UX design manager who launched award-winning mobile phones and interfaces, and an engineer working in India and the US building high-tech products in the networking, telecom & consumer electronics space. Vihari has a Masters degree in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur, a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from JNTU Hyderabad. He’s published three papers related to Human Factors Engineering in international journals and is co-author of three patents.

She has worked in various leadership capacities with companies like Arthur Andersen (now Accenture), Hewitt Associates, StorageTek (now part of Sun Microsystems), Genpact, Subex and InMobi. She has also been a consultant for both large and small organizations across various industries on a range of HR issues. She is an Inventure parent and provides HR consulting in the areas of HR Strategy & Management, Culture Building, Performance Management, Change Management and various other HR related aspects of Inventure.
