  • In ASSET 2018 – 19, Inventure ranked in the top ten schools in India across every subject that we took the assessment for – English, Math, Science and Social Studies. 6% of our students were in the Top 1% of the country, while 27% from Grades 3 to 7 and 21% from Grades 8 to 10 were in the Top 5% of the country.
  • 192 Inventurers qualified for the ASSET Talent Search (students who scored 90% & above in ASSET).
  • In the SoF English Olympiads, four Inventurers were ranked in the International Top 5, and 10 students were ranked in the International Top 10. We also won international and zonal awards in the Science Olympiads.
  • At the Kidovators Creativity & Critical Thinking Olympiad 2018, Inventure Academy was presented the ‘Best School Award’. We were also awarded a cash prize of INR 1,00,000.
  • Inventure Academy was the only school in the world to feature two (of 20) global finalists at the Google Science Fair 2019: Lalitha Pingali’s entry was the Personal Oral Health Advisor (POHA), a first-of-its-kind personal and portable home device for oral health. Sachin Singh worked on a novel artificial intelligence-based, low cost mobile solution for early detection of valvular heart disorders.
  • Kaushik Kunal Singh won four coveted awards (Grand award fourth place of $500, USAID’s award of $5,000, China Association of Science and Technology’s award of $1,200 and Samvid Education Foundations’ award of $500) for his project The Plant Doctor: An Artificial Intelligence Based Collaborative Platform for Plant Disease Diagnosis and Tracking for Farmers’.
  • 70+ students represented India, Karnataka & various Clubs in sports and performing and visual arts over the last two years.

Sports Achievements

  • Inventure Academy were the Overall Champions at the TISB interschool sports and cultural meet.
  • Inventure Academy were the overall runners up at the TISB Inter School Track and Field Meet, and also won several medals at the Headstart Friendship Games.
  • Inventure Academy were the runners up in the 14th Jain Academy for Sporting Excellence tournament.
  • Inventure Academy were the overall runners up in the Jain International Residential School (JIRS).
  • Inventure Academy were the overall champions at the Oakridge Sports Fest. Our senior boys and junior girls teams were champions in Basketball, while our junior girls and sub-junior boys teams were champions in Football. In Swimming, we won 30 Gold, 9 Silver and 20 Bronze medals.
  • Inventure Academy were the overall champions at the Deens Sports Fest 2018.
  • Inventure Academy were the overall champions at the Neev Academy Inter School Swim Meet.

Individual Achievements

  • Armani Vikram won gold in Shot Put at the Bangalore Urban District Athletic Association (BUDAA) meet.
  • Stuthii Kaveriamma won the silver medal for Shot Putt in the 16th State Inter School Athletics Meet.
  • At the State level Bangalore Olympics in the U18 category, Arya Guhan won gold in Discus and Armani Vikram won silver in Shot Put.
  • Charvi Anand and Advit Gupta participated in State Level Badminton tournaments.
  • Thea Cassius represented Southern Blues Basketball Club in the U16 Bangalore District Inter Club Basketball Championships.
  • Vania Kapoor represented Mounts Basketball Club in the U16 and U18 Bangalore District Inter Club Basketball Championships.
  • Ajay Madhusudan was awarded the ‘Best Bowler’ in the U12 Sachin Cup Cricket Tournament.
  • Raghav Mittal won five ‘Man of the Match’ awards in the U12 Imtiaz Ahmed Cricket Academy (IACA) tournament, with his team winning the tournament.
  • Anirudh Prakash has placed at a total of 13 Bridge tournaments, which includes 11 in open, 2 in juniors. Of these three events were at the International level, four National level and six were at State level.
  • Ojas Kamat was part of the Karnataka Junior State Football team which participated in the Junior Nationals Football Championships. He also represented Boca Juniors Football Academy in the U18 Indian National Football League
  • In Golf, Stuthii Kaveriamma was the runner up in the Open Ladies Tournament, and was also awarded the ‘Most Promising Player’. She was Runner up in the ‘Murugappa Centenary Open Golf Championship (playing against senior women golfers) and winner in Category C of the Friendship Games Golf Tournament at KGA
  • Bangalore Midnight Marathon: Aryan Kamdar won the 5km marathon for the third straight year, while Rishi Gupta, Karan Konwar and Manas Kapoor came first in the community relay.
  • At the Sharanya Narayani Inter School Table Tennis Tournament Anoushka Mohan won silver and Myra Jain won bronze at the Carmel Decennial Memorial State Level Inter School Table Tennis Tournament 2018
  • Aaditi Bhat won the Tennis doubles title at the AITA U14 Talent Series and the Girls U12 singles title at the AITA Talent Series
  • Aayush Bhat is currently the #1 ranked tennis player in India and Karnataka in the Boys U14 category. He is also in the Top 30 in the U16 and Top 100 in the U18 groups.
  • Nikhil Niranjan won the AITA U18 Championship Series, and was the runner up in the U16 Super Series for tennis.
  • Nivedita Rajendra won the U10 category and was a semi-finalist in the U12 category in the India Tennis League Anniversary Cup. She is ranked #3 all India in the U12 category.
  • Sanjith Devineni and Harrsha Pradeep Kumar represented India in U16 international Tennis tournaments.
  • Sahil Dalal won the gold medal in the 200m Individual Medley and silver in the 50m Breaststroke events at the Pooja Aquatic Meet, and also the gold in the 200m Breaststroke event in Virginia USA
  • Saloni Dalal won gold, broke two national records and won two ‘Best Indian Performances’ in 100m and 200m Breaststroke races at the 72nd Glenmark Senior National Aquatic Championships in Trivandrum. She also won the ‘Best Swimmer Award (Women)’ at the Senior National 2018 and was named Champion Breaststroke Swimmer of India. She won five gold medals and one silver medal at the Karnataka State Swimming meet in Mysore.
  • Aayush Kannan Dutta and Surabhi Parathasarathy won the Individual Championships in the U10 category at the Neev Academy Inter School Swim Meet..

Team Achievements

  • Inventure Academy’s Grade 8 & below girls Basketball team were runners up at the Lady Montfort inter school Basketball tournament
  • Inventure Academy’s Grades 3 & 4 girls Badminton team were champions at the TISB Invitational School Tournament 2019
  • Inventure Academy’s Grade 6 & below boys Cricket team were champions at the TISB Invitational School Tournament 2019 for the second consecutive year
  • Inventure Academy were the champions at the international level Parikrma Champions League 2018
  • Vinaya Seshan was part of the Karnataka Senior State Football team that participated in the Senior Nationals Football Championships 2019.
  • Inventure Academy’s U15 Boys Football team was the first Indian school team to take part in the Paris World Games.

EXTRA – CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

  • 510 students from Grades 1 to 10 participated in the National Level Nazariya Art Competition
  • Vinaya Seshan (Grade 11) won gold medals at the Dance World Cup 2018
  • Inventure students took part in the National Level Yamaha Teen’s Rock
  • 41 Inventurers participated at the regional level of First Lego League (FLL), with six students from Middle School and four students from Senior School making it to the Nationals.
  • Inventure Academy was awarded the ‘Best Delegation’ at WEMUN China, sweeping 10 of the 12 awards
  • Inventure Academy won the Best Delegation Award at the Ivy League MUN (ILMUNC).
  • F1 in Schools: Inventure Academy were the venue partners of the World’s Largest STEM Based Technology Challenge, F1 in Schools. Out of 45 teams that registered, the top 10 teams qualified for the Nationals. Six of the top 10 teams were Inventure Academy teams.
