Inventure Academy is an international day school established by the India Learning Foundation in 2005 in Bangalore. We offer Pre – Kindergarten to Senior Secondary (Pre K-12) education, and are affiliated to the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) – IGCSE, A/AS levels, and the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) -ICSE and ISC.

  • Promoters

    Inventure Academy is promoted by a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to raising the benchmark for education in India. The key people are Chairman and Co-Founder Irfan Razack , and Managing Trustee and CEO, Nooraine Fazal .

    Mr. Razack is the CEO of the Prestige Group, a reputed property development company in South India. He was the Honorary Secretary of the Al – Ameen Educational Society and has an active philanthropic interest in about fifty graduate and postgraduate institutions.

    Ms Fazal has a Master of Science degree in Management from Boston University and worked with IBM and Reuters for a period of 10 years in a front-line and managerial capacity.

    Post a period of introspection about the future, Nooraine returned to India in 2003 (after twelve years across the UK, USA, Middle East, Australia and the Greater China region) in order to be a ‘citizen with a say’ in the way the country is developing.

    The result is an educational institution that incorporates much of what Nooraine believes education must be about, and promises robust, lifelong development of the individual.

    Management Team: Nooraine Fazal, Meenakshi Myer, Preet Benjamin Aarons, Varsha Saxena and Shruthi Arun are the members of the Management Team and take the lead in setting strategic directions for all aspects of Inventure Academy and its operations. The Team meets regularly to discuss and agree on priorities in achieving its overall goals.

    T Sriram and Jaishri(as advisors) and Shaheen Shafi (management team for five years) have also been involved with the school since its inception. Their active and critical involvement as advisors epitomizes their commitment to the Inventure learning community.

    Board of Advisors: Our Board of Advisors comprises highly accomplished people from the world of academia, arts, sports, business enterprise, technology and science. They bring to the school their collective experience and world view. Members of the board contribute in an advisory capacity, and address students, teachers and parents on a periodic basis.

  • Accreditations

    1. The University of Cambridge International Examinations (CAIE) (Registration No.-IN 591) offering:
    Cambridge International Primary Programme (CIPP) – provides learning objectives for each year of a child’s primary education for children aged 5 – 11 (K2-Grade 6)

    Cambridge Lower Secondary Programme- a framework for educational success for students between 11 – 14 years old. Ends with a Checkpoint test. This test is available in English, Mathematics and Science, and is suitable for students of approximately 14 years of age. (Grades 7, 8)

    Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) – renowned for developing vital education skills, including recall of knowledge, problem solving, initiative, oral, team work and investigative skills. It is designed for students aged 14 – 17 years (Grades 9, 10).

    Cambridge International Advanced / Advanced Subsidiary (A/AS) Levels – AS Level examinations are usually taken at age 17 and A Level examinations a year later at age 18 (Grades 11, 12).

    Universities in UK, US, Canada, India and about 150 other countries recognize CAIE qualifications.

    2. The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) (Registration No KA 158/2008) offering:
    Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) programme and examination (Grades 9,10).
    Indian School Certificate (ISC) programme and examination (Grade 12). We have acquired this starting 2010 – 11 onwards for our ICSE students.
