The Learning Lab is a testimonial to Inventure’s core values and core purpose of nurturing individuality, encouraging sensitivity and our aim to instil in learners the ability and conviction to realise their full potential.
The team of special educators facilitate neuro-diverse learners to become self-confident and achieve their true potential by developing appropriate academic skills. Group sessions are conducted to develop skills like self-esteem, social communication and working memory in the online environment.
As part of the remedial intervention program, neuro-diverse learners are supported in various ways. In Kindergarten, early intervention is provided by sharing strategies with parents and teachers. In primary and middle school, an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) is created for each learner based on their unique needs. The team of special educators also support parents and teachers through sensitization sessions, in-class observations and sharing classroom and home intervention strategies. Accommodations and concessions are provided to all the neuro-diverse students based on the board’s policies (CISCE & CAIE).
Keeping in mind the motor, social and cognitive needs of our young learners in the online platform, sensory motor development activities are conducted from Grades K-2.
These processes help students to optimize their learning and become true Inventurers – happy,confident self directed learners.
